  1. hey guys,

    i have a vcd which is an hour and 26 minutes long, i wanna burn it to one cd but am hesitant because cds are 80 minutes long. Can this be done?

    ps: i use Nero for burning vcd's.

    Not unles you get some 90min discs. you can overburn an 80min disc that far. you could convert if and lower the bitrate so it would all fit, but then quality would decrease.

  3. so, i can overburn it and no damage will be done to the vcd?
    i don't wanna lower the bitrate or anything. my burner does support overburn. think i should try it?

    Standard VCD format will only fit about 80 minutes onto your standard CD-R so you are best to split the file which can be done with a variety of programs. If you are unsure on how to do that then look up some of the VCD guides.

    I use to use TMPGEnc for encoding and splitting when I did VCD files.
