allright, my first post. I have a live smashing pumpkins concert mpeg2, works fine, burned it on a cd, playable. My only problem is.... I play it in my panasonic f8s dvd player and it seems to go @ 25 fps. Then, i play the same svcd on my brothers samsing dvd player and its much smoother - maybe 29-30 fps.
its originally 25 fps - is there any program to change the way it will play back @ the same framerate (29fps) on my panasonic? - maybe something w/the header? Its a little confusing because my dvd player was almost $200, and his was 60 bucks.
Thanks for your help,![]()

Sounds like his player will accept PAL and yours won't, not uncommon if you live in NTSC land. The only way to get it to NTSC standard is to do a proper PAL to NTSC conversion...it would be easier to buy a DVD player like your brothers.
