svcd freezing on dvdplayer.

short story i have two movies each has 3-parts(so total 6 parts for two movies) and their PAL format, i used dvdlab to author the videos and when done all the parts play just fine except the last one for movie 2. it freezes at the same frame. i even re-authored the project again thinking dvdlab engine might have messed up but nope when it gets to that frame it freezes and if i leave it there frozen & the sound of the the dvdplayer spining the disk trying to play it, in like 3 mins the television screen starts flashing in pink, green lol.... what could be the problem & what should i do. ?

Might be bad frames. scan the original files in virtualdubmod

yeah it found no errors... weird hmm. i'll use tmpgenc 2.5 to edit the mpeg video around the frame it freezes on. thanks for the help though.
