Hello all, first post...
I have some mini dv content that I captured to premier pro, converted to m2v and have a massive bitrate spike near the end. I have tried cbr/vbr, multiple combinations and the m2v always spikes to about 14,000kbs at a certain point. The point in the video where it spikes is a fade from black to footage of some fast moving objects. I know this means it needs a higher bitrate to handle the video (especially with vbr), but 14,000kbs?
I am using DVD Lab to author the DVD and using its bitrate viewer I can see the spike.
Any ideas on this one?
Thanks!
