I am trying to convert (numerous times) an .AVI file to .MPG (for a NTSC VCD) that I downloaded and when I use TPMGEnc Plus, it keeps coming out choppy. I have attached a screenshot from GSpot. Can anyone help me with the correct settings in TPMGEnc Plus? Thanks.

Gspot indicates 25 fps, which means your avi is PAL. Either convert it to a PAL DVD and try it to see if your DVD player will play it (mine will), or you need to do a proper PAL to NTSC conversion. I've never had to do one, so I'd look it up in the guides section if I were you.
