I have a friend who wants to compair 2 videos at the same time.

Is there an application that will permit playing 2 difference videos side by side (or PIP) one one computer monitor?

And, if possible, burn such a display to a VCD?

  4. Or you could look at the documentation they already have available on their website and try learning how to use it for yourself.
