  1. hi,i`m using power dvd and when i play a dvd on full screen its very juddery and plays like a phot slide show instead of smooth,anyone knowhow to fix this.its not to bad if i only view in a small window but it is bad on full screen.thanks

    I don't know if this is the case, but looking at your computer specs I would judge that your computer is too slow to play the DVD at fullscreen. I'm not an expert on how much CPU and RAM playing a DVD at full-screen takes but maybe I'll try it when I get home. When doing any type of video I would strongly suggest having at least a 1 GHz PC with 128 mb of Ram. It just appears that your computer may be too slow.

    Use hardware acceleration (if you can) to take the pressure of the decoding off your CPU. Disable CLEV, CLMEI and set the rest of your options down as low as possible and try raising them one by one until you are satisfied with the output.

    I'm afraid that without a faster CPU, at least, you're going to suffer with playback problems depending on your PowerDVD settings.
