i have converted a film in2 mpeg1 using tmpgenc. when i have played it the audio is about 20 seconds ahead of the video. when i opend the file in virtualdub 2 save the audio as wav, i get a error message saying it has detected a improper bvr audio encoding in the source file and will rewrite the audio header with standard cbr values during processing for better compatibility. this may introduce up to 43975 ms of skew from the video stream. if this is unacceptable, decompress the*entire* audio stream to an uncompressed wav file and recompress with a constant bitrate encoder. (bitrate:126.2 then a weird symbol 16.3kbs).
