ummm you need to give more information before someone can help you out. like what is the brand name of your burner, software you're using to back up dvds, & brand of dvd-rw media you're using.

  6. What exactly is the problem? Do you have trouble burning to a DVD-RW disc using Nero? If so, does your DVD burner support DVD-RW, or is it a DVD+RW burner? If it's only +RW then it wont work using a -RW disc to burn with.

But still, you need to be more specifik about the problem. Are there any error messages?

  8. You can do a search for your DVD-Writer in the links section. https://www.videohelp.com/dvdwriters

If your burner is not in the list, I suggest you look at the manufacturers homepage.
