Problems Burning VCD with Nero 5

Ok, I'll admit first off, I'm new to this. Been downloading some AVI's for awhile, and finally filled a 20GB HD so I guess its time to start burning. Been trying forever it seems with this nero, and am having no luck. It gets to the part where I click burn, and it ends almost immediately. I save the log, and open it, and I found an error near the bottom that says not enough space? I freed up over 3 GB's on my HD and I still get the same message. Any ideas??? Thanks in advance,

You may want to upgrade your version of nero because older versions of nero seems to act funny....or at least when I was trying to burn some avi's into vcds.
