Hi
Got a movie where the ripper did 3 cds - the first is standard .bin and .cue which I have no problem with. The next 2 cds he changed and made them 800 meg .dat files each with a small .toc file.
Isobuster will open the .dat but won't save anything meaningful (I've tried the "save as MF2" option which doesn't work. It won't open the .toc files at all.
Searched the forum and saw dat2file and dat2mpg programs which I downloaded and they didn't work either.
The first few lines of one of the .toc files are:
CD_ROM_XA
// Track 1
TRACK MODE2_FORM_MIX RW_RAW
NO COPY
DATAFILE etc etc.
Anyone got a clue what these files are, how I could extract the .mpg, or burn to CD? I use Nero6.
Many thanks.

VCDGear should be able to take your .DAT and make it into an MPEG that you can work with.
For more information on your .DAT, see:
