  1. Ive copied Nightmare Before Christmas onto the computer and made it a small enough size with DVDShrink to fit onto the DVDR (4.4 gigs). However when I try burning it onto a blank DVDR, DVD Decrypter will display this message:

    I/O Error

    Device: [1:0:0] HP DVD Writer 200j 1.36 (E

    Scsi Status: 0x02
    Interpretation: Check Condition

    CDB: 2A 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 10 00
    Interpretation: Write(10) - Sectors: 0 - 15

    Sense Area: 70 00 05 00 00 00 00 0C 00 00 00 00 2C 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

Does anybody know what this means or what I should do to be able to burn my DVD? Help is appreciated

  2. To my knowledge, DVDDecrypter can only burn images... I dont recall DVDshrink being able to handle image files. Unless im totally misunderstanding the issue at hand. =/

  7. I wrote this at work this a.m from memory. I hope this helps you
Guide to use DVD Shrink > then DVDDecrypter to burn the DVD

    1. Make a folder on your Desktop> call it Rip Movies

    2. Insert Movie in either DVD burner or DVD-Rom and click cancel when it asks you what to use to open the movie

    3. Open DVD Shrink> click Open Disc> Shrink does quick analysis

    4. Movie Only Option

    a. Go to Re-author and Click

    b. Under Main movie slide the main movie to the left under DVD Structure

    c. You can now remove the languages you do not want and the audio you do not want.

    5. Click Backup and go to burn setting and click disable Nero if you have Nero

    6. Click SelectTarget Drive> click Iso Disc Image

    7. Select Target Image File> Browse>Desktop> Rip Movie ( file you made)

    8. Make sure to check the box "Launch DVDDecrypter to burn the output image"

    9. click O.K

    10. It will now do analysis and then encode the movie and automatically burn with DVDDecrypter

I hope this is what you are lookin for. If I have forgotten any steps I'm sure the others will help you out but this is the gist of it. Good Luck

Is it the latest DVD Decrypter?

Are you able to burn with other softwares (Nero 6 or RNM)?
