Movie Will Not Play

I have downloaded movie called Walking Tall. Downloaed as Bin/Cue file got the part the problem is can not get top play. According to the folder it is an MPEG2 File. Can Some help. Is there a program which will detect what codec it is

Not to sure what you mean, but a bin. cue. file is an image file. You can take this image file and mount it on a virtual drive and then view it. See if its a (s)VCD or DVD and then use an appropriate player to open it. A little more detail on the issue please.

Hmm, there's another "Walking Tall" movie from the seventies, maybe it's public domain by now? But I just bet that's not the one the questioner refers to.
