Everytime I load a Xvid file into TMPGEnc the audio does not load in. Ideally, I would like some sort of audio plug-in for TMPGEnc that would allow the Xvid audio portion of the file to load in properly.

Extract the audio from your Xvid with virtualdub and save it as a wav.
Use that as your audio source in TMPGenc. -
the Xvid audio portion
An AVI (mostly) consists of a video stream, (XviD, DivX & cetera) and an audio stream (mp3, ac3 etc). Any kind of audio stream can exist together with any kind of video stream in an AVI. Now, most (many at least) XviD AVIs have AC3 audio, and TMPGEnc can't decode AC3. You have to extract the AC3 (Use VirtualDub) and decode to wav (use headac3he) before encoding.
