    I currently have a 93 minute VCD on my computer that I would like to burn. Is there any way to burn this onto an 80 minute Memorex CDR with Nero?

    Not likely that you will get 93 mins onto an 80 min CD. At most you will get betwen 85 and 86 mins on an 80 min CD. You will need to find 90 min CD-Rs to do what you want.
