Can you list the exact message ? It's a bit hard to see your screen from here...
    If in doubt, Google it.

something like that it not really helpful. Give us word for word what the error message is and we might be able to help. As I said, I can't see your screen from here.
    If in doubt, Google it.

Did you use the Windows Software Uninstall section or just delete the folder through My COmputer or Windows Explorer ? What happens when you run the installation file ? What does it say (word for word) ?

I hate to be blunt, but you aren't going to get any help here unless you change your ways a little bit. No one here has to help you but they are more likely to if you can spell out your exact problem.
    If in doubt, Google it.

You should always go to the Start Menu > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs to uninstall everything. As for runtime errors, you migh tneed to reinstall your OS.
    If in doubt, Google it.

    jemel46 -- looking at your posts https://www.videohelp.com/forum/search.php?search_author=jemel46

you have - in 6 months -- not progressed one bit ..

maybe you should pay someone to make whatever you are trying to make ...

just a kindly suggestion -- as you don't seem to be getting very far ......

or you are just pulling everyones string ..
