Ok, I have an mpg ready to go in VCDeasy to make a bin/cue.
BUT, it is a VHS rip, and its not the greatest quality. (Newbie alert) Usually when I burn a VCD mpg after VCDeasy it diplays on my television in full screen, which is what I usually want. Since this mpg isn't the best quality (full screen on my computer is unwatchable by my standards), is there a way to burn it so it shows up at on my tv at a predetermined size? Do I have to re-encode it? I see TMPGenc has a "Video arrange method" option. If I use this, what does a pixel size convert to television size? Even a percentage of the tv size is cool.
Any answers are appreciated.
Thanks,
Smack
