Besweet problem

I never used besweet before so i searched on the forum couldnt find my problem but
im converting pal to ntsc i have the .mp2 file out and set up the parameters like in the guide thats on here
when i click mp2tomp2
the program starts and stops right away :/
it doesnt convert anything it just acts like its already finished the job :/

I had this problem when I tried using the latest beta version. Make sure the BeSweet.exe location is correct...I had to relocate it on mine and it worked fine. Also you can try converting to wav first and then mp2 again? It probably would work better that way.
