    I use WinOnCD 3.8 power edition to create vcd menus.
    But it has no english help file.
    I have not such German Knowledge to understand the instructions.
    I have searched a lot but what I have found so far is not more than an english pdf guide for version 3.8(not PE).
    and there is no detailed help like its German help file.
    Does anyone know how to find an english help file or something like that?

    For WinOnCD 3.8PE the English manual and help file is not available. I think that Roxio will not further develop WinOnCD, and concentrates on the development of Easy CD Creator. It looks like the former Cequadrat development team has now made Video Pack 5.

    i no longer use winoncd because it's a bit buggy.
