How do I have chapters with Music Video VCD

I have lots of music videos from different artists and I wanted to know how to make a VCD that you can rewind and fast-forward to the next video on the cd.

Chapters aren't required to skip forwards and backwards.
You just need the 'next ref' and 'prev ref' values set on each MPEG file to link to the previous MPEG and next MPEG.
You can also setup a playlist to get the fast-forward and rewind buttons to work properly.

Where can I get a walkthrouugh or how-to guide for making a playlist?

USE nero 5.5 and use the menu feature, it will show a list of the songs if u need more help look around the site
