Where are Kal El's SVCD templates?

Please ignore this if you have read it in the Conversion topic of this forum.
I had to remove TMPGEnc from my computer and reinstall. I realized that I had lost my templates in the process. I had some Basic and Enhanced templates from Kal El that were listed under the tools section, but they are no longer there. Um...maybe they weren't there to begin with but I don't know where else I would have downloaded them from.
If anyone knows where I can get them, It would be appreciated.
