  1. I'm trying to create vcd of Shool House Rock tape
so kid can repeat certain parts with out wearing out
    vhs tape.

Created 2 mpegs(VCD Compliant), and 1 moving menu.

    Used latest version of
    TSCV, VCDIMAGER 7.10, Nero 5.5.1.

VCD has the one main menu pointing to the two mpegs.
I then add chapters to each MPEG.

Created Bin/Cue, when trying to use nero the burn by selecting the Cue file it would not work. Had to pick the .bin and set block size. This burned but it will
not play on my Pioneer dvd525 which usually plays everything. Strange thing is that my Phillips AT825 firmware version 9.28 plays it just fine showing menu and stepping thru the chapters.

I would like to know if there are any firmware upgrades
available for Pioneer dvd's and where to find.

    Thanks

  2. I was having the same problem, I switched from Nero to FireBurner and everything's working perfectly. Make your BIN/CUE files like normal, then just use FireBurner's disk at once feature to burn those two files to the disk and you're done.

  4. Yes, Nero does not correctly burn CUE/BIN images. For a detailed analysis, read here: http://www.hvrlab.org./~hvr/vcdimager/nero_bug.html
