    Ok i finally got my bin and cue files successfully created. Now it says that i need to burn my bin files. It says to burn them as an image on nero, but what about the VCD, do i need to put my movie on the cd as well or just the bin, does the bin have the movie contained in it or sumthing?

    the .BIN file IS your disc. In Nero just select burn image.
    and open the .BIN not the cue file.

    yes the bin contains everything but avoid burn it with Nero as it dont burn vcd bin/cue files corrrect. You can use CDRWIN, Fireburner or CDDRAO read here how:

    Yep, the CUE and BIN files are the only two things that need to be burned to the CD. Just watch out... Nero doesn't like to burn these to CD. I'd try FireBurner.
