    Check out http://www.121cdr.co.uk and look under Jewel cases etc, they have spindles for 25 discs at 42p each, hope this helps.
    I've used these loads of times before, service and prices are excellent.

    Also CompUSA is stocking 10 25 and 50 sizes. Around 4 or 5 dollars.

    Also look at CyberGuys.com, I think they sell them for about $4-5 too, but sell lots of other odd computer toys.
