  2. i'm guessing that you are trying to add more chapters to your vcd.. and the reason your dvd player wont read it is because it isnt a multi-read drive that can read mulitiple volumes from the cd-r.

  3. It's not my DVD player that won't play it it's the Nero burning program that says it won't accept the cd to burn on to and it ejects and and asks for one that is writable.

    Please help

  5. Ahh that is why thanks!
So since I can only capture 19 min. of video at a time (because I"m using Windows ME) I should save as much as possible and put it on all at once? When I put two clips on to burn back to back should there be a smooth transition? Mine didn't seem to be but I"m still working out the kinks. Thanks

  6. There are ways to capture more than 19 minutes (overcoming the 4 gig barrier). Also, you can capture and encode in chuncks of 19 min and then combine them together to one file before you burn them. That way it will play as one big file. If you want to make smooth transissions with different files, then in Nero you can select 0 sec gap between cuts and burn "disk-at-once". This way the files will playback as one large file without a stop or glitch between the files (at least my Apex will).

  7. You can use either Virtual Dub or AVI_IO to capture to multiple/segement files at at given file size (eg. 1.9GB) that way you can capture until your HD is full if you want
