BIN/CUE PLEASE HELP ASAP!!

I just tried to create chapters and when i choose "create CUE BIN" in TSCV it didn't create it??! what is goingo n here do i need a bin file because i don't have one, i just said to save a bin file what am i supposed to do PLEASE HELP. MY LOG SCREEN SAYS THIS

you have the properties box in the menu tab wrong. you either have it pointing to a chapter that is not there or you have it pointing to a chapter that is not on that mpeg. Like if you had loaded to m2 when the mpeg is m1. check your properties box and look at the chapters to the left and make sure they are right.
