  1. Does anyone know if these cards are compatable with the dual monitor option in windows XP ? I have tried various other pci graphics cards with it but nothing works. They are older cards though, but would like to know the answer before i spend money on a new one.

Give me until the end of the month. I get my "new" 128PRO on Friday via UPS, and I plan to hack that baby from here to the moon. It will be going on a WinXP Pro AMD VIA system. I plan to post my successes and failures here on this forum. I'll be opening a new thread soon too with some pointed questions for experienced 128PRO hackers.

  3. Smurf,

What do you plan on hacking? Are you going to overclock the core and memory? Drivers? All the above? Will it be returnable under warranty after the mods? I'm suprised that you are considering a AMD based board. I would suggest you research the board for stability over overclocking abilities. Some things to consider are the ability to set the AGP/PCI lock and RAM voltage. They are essential when overclocking the board with out of spec timings.

  4. Any chance of hacking it so that it produces a half decent picture?
