HELP BURNING TO VCD

i dled kil bill this afternoon and extracted the rar file into a bin file..around 800mbs or so...my question how to burn the 800mb file onto a single cd....i was assuming it would extract into an mpg where i would split it into 2 parts and then burn.....any help...
