I was not at all happy with the quality of the VCD's I created with Nero. They were originally captured using a VCD NTSC profile with PowerVCR. So I'm thinking SVCD.
The majority of the files I have captured are 640x480 MPEG1 files. When I try to add these to create a SVCD under Nero, it complains of the wrong format, but the MPEG2 profile is also 640x480, not 480x480.
So, is there a way to bump these up to MPEG2?
Can I capture go-forward at MPEG2 and bump down?
OR, is there a way to capture fro VCD and then convert for better quality.
Thanks! -- KC
