To get much help here, you need to supply a lot more information. Did you capture this video, and in what format? Did you encode it at the same bitrate as it was captured? What format are you using? What are your computer specs? What is the resolution? And the biggest question of all... Did you read the guides?. Try this; Do a forum search on 'choppy video' and I think you will see what I am talking about. But we would be glad to help you if we can.

  3. Hi...ok here is more info.

The video is downloaded movies and DVD rips of my own.

what do you mean did i encode it at the same BITRATE as it was captured? do you mean FPS? Is so yes i try and match it. Bit..what does it mean when it says "29 FPS INTERNALLY"? what is that? I use the wizard. should i not?

my computer is AMD Athlon XP 2600+, 512 DDR ram, (2) 45 gig HD 7200 RPM, TDK DVD+R burner.

and yes i used the guide when i started encoding. like i said i was encoding using "motion searh fast" and now i am almost done using "high Quality" does that have somethign to dop with it? becasue when i watch the DVD it only gets choppy when the Frame changes from encoding....

    Any help would be apprectied..
