I finally figered out how to add subs to a SVCD, but not the audio and the subs dont sycharnize (dont know how to spell it... hopely u understand what I mean)
The problem is: my subs appear 1.08 minute TOO quick..the audio (what the ppl say) just start 1.08 minute later
How to fix it?

In what format is your subtitle? If it's in some text format (str, ssa...)that's encoded into the mpeg, you can use Subtitle Studio to add 68 s delay to your subs.

its srt (wanna make it .ssa, for encode it to the .mpg) but I want a delay of 39 seconds

Yes, I'm pretty confident Subtitle Studio can "time shift" a srt sub file, and I know it can be converted to ssa with the same tool. (I don't have Subtitle Studio here right now...)
