I just changed my Windows ME to Windows2K Profesional Operational System, because I want NTFS partition hard disk(no more .avi file limit). I formatted my hard disk and installed W2kP, but I don't get to install Sudio DC10+ software. A pop-up window says some like this "... W2K doesn't support installation...". I visited Pinnacle Systems website and nothing that would can help me to install it.
Anybody can help me step by step?
    Tks very much.

I think you're out of luck. I too once changed my winME to win2K to find that my DC10 isn't working and I've email'd their support and they confirmed that because the lack of demand for DC10 win2K driver, they think it's not worth developing. What an ass hole !!

    Tks mike416,
Well, I have 2 options: to sell my DC10+ card or return for Windows ME again.
    I'm thinking about this.
Bye and tks one more time.

If and when Pinnacle releases Studio 7 upgrade for DC10+ owners you'll be able to capture in all Win flavors and capture mjpeg and dv with the same software setup (if you have a OHCI dv card). For me that will be very helpful. Checkout the following page on pinnacle's site
    http://www.pinnaclesys.com/docloader.asp?templ=9&doclink=/GetStudio/S7OtherProducts.html

Don't get rid of that DC10+ yet!

    fingernailX,
Tks very much for your information.
They say: ""Studio DC10plus: The Studio 7 software upgrade does not currently support Studio DC10plus. A software upgrade for Studio DC10plus will be available in September 2001.""
But, we are in October/01 and nothing still today.
In the moment, I will not sell my Pinnacle DC10+ card. I prefer to wait for the software upgrade (compatible with Windows 2000 Operational System).
    Tks again.

They will post the new DC10(Windows 2000/XP)drivers right after the release of Windows XP. So you have to be patient for a few weeks.
They are in beta testing right now and I can tell you they
    rock!!
    cheers
