Video on the DVD-RAM has to be a .vro.

You could try DVD-RW, this is how I test my backups on the HS2.

  4. Yeah I tried the same thing n it didnt work

The Panny DMR E30/50/60 expects VRO content on a DVD-RAM disc, if you put DVD content (ie Video_TS folder, VOB files) it doesnt recognise it, whereas in a PC, it doesnt care what type of discs it is it just automatically play the DVD content.

Id be interested to know is there any software that can build VRO files ?
I know the new PowerDVD recognises them as a format.

It would seem that DVD-RW's work with the E60
