    EOVIDEO is the best I know but it's not free

    i tried eo video but there was an error at the end. so the audio and video didn't go together

    I would recommend dbPowerAmp with the real media plugin for audio and tinra (tinragui) for video files. When using dbPowerAmp, you may not see the progress bar move when converting, but it's doing its' job. I think it's because of some bug that is mentioned on the website. Both of these programs are free.
