    I downloaded a vcd movie and burned the bin. The audio plays about 1/2 second off and I wanted to know if it is because it burned wrong, or because it is a faulty download or what is the most likely cause. Thanks

    You can try getting the audio out of the bin by converting it to mpeg and using virtual dub to extract the audio and then use tempeg to sync the audio and video together.
