I was wondering if I should use SSRC (Shibatch Sample Rate Converter) or TooLame's. I already use TooLame to encode my audio MP2 files. But I also have the option to first convert the sampling rate BEFORE encoding to MP2. I was wondering if TooLame's sample rate converter is closely good as SSRC's.

Nevermind. Just figured out TooLame has no Sample Rate Conversion capabilites, but rather it's an encoder only. It just uses TMPGEnc's sample rate converter before encoding to MP2. =|
