    Does anyone know how the audio normalization works in Tmpgenc? Is it a RMS type or is it a peak value percent? What do you generally find to be a good normalization value?

    I'm pretty sure it works from peak signal.

    A good place to start is using the autoset function - but it has to go right through the avi file so can take a few minutes to work.
