  1. I created a SVCD file and burned it to my Plexter 412 CDR using the instruction that were posted on this site by Sefy for newbies.

The underlying picture quality is good except for some "jittering" on the final product. There is none of that when playing the MPG file using WinDVD before I burn it to the CD.

    Any help will be appreciated.

What encoder did u use...try dvdx 1.4b it already has the panasonic plugin and it rocks...for ntsc 29.92 use the force 24hz option and it should slow the frame rate down and stop the jitters...all u have to do is put your dvd in and select the IFO file from the FILE menu up top...This program is a god sent...it rips, framserves, encodes and multiplexes all at the same time...try it...get the file from the TOOLS in the vcdhelp page...reply to this if u like it...lemme know how it works...if it does work...tell everyone about it...so they can download it B4 its illegal...lol
