CCE quality downgrades when avi framserved by vbud?

I've been using CCE and it works great when convert an avi directly to vcd or svcd but when i resize and frameserve an avi with Virtualdub the mpg file has a horrible quality.

Is there a way to change that?

how are you resizing ? what filter are you using ?


also going from v-dub to cce involves a color space conversion ..

All I do is:

Full processing mode.
filters -» Resize (internal)
Type in the new width and hieght
Filter mode =» Precise bicubic A=1.00

I check Expand frame and letter box image
Type in the same widht and height values

Hit OK twice and then frameserve it!

I do nothing about color conversion
