Under the advanced tab for MPEG Settings, what is the basic difference between "Full screen", "Full screen (keep aspect ratio)" and "Full screen (keep aspect ratio 2)"
Additionally, what settings would you use for a "Full screen" video if used 16:9 settings seems to stretch the video out (ie: 580x326 Pal video)

Full Screen will stretch the image to fill the screen - destroying (at least, possibly) the aspect ratio. Typically you don't want this option as it will distort the images.
The full screen (keep aspect ratio) streches the image to the full screen without distorting the image. This can result in you seeing black bars on the bottom/top, or left/right of the picture because it won't stretch the image farther in one direction than another (it preserves the aspect ratio).
I don't know the difference between full screen (keep aspect ratio) and full screen (keep aspect ratio 2) - they seem to work the same.
