Converting WAV to MP2 (audio)? Convering MPG to MOV??

Someone told me to enhance audio, I should record as an MPEG2 and split them to their audio and video pieces. The audio is an MP2, which I turn into a WAV, enhance, and then need to turn it back into MP2. I can't figure out how to convert from WAV to MP2. Can anyone help me?

Also, I have an MPG file that I'd like to place into a flash movie. Apparently Flash will take MOV files and not MPG, so I'm looking for a way to convert MPG to MOV. Can anyone help me with this?

You can convert the .wav file to .mp2 in Tmpegenc.
