    I converted a .avi file that i have to mpeg2, i followed all the instructions on one of the guides and set the bit rate to 5100 so the converted file would fit on one DVD. The conversion went fine but when i checked the converted file it was 15.7GB and was now 6 hr 45 mins long. for some reason it had added on 4 hr 45 mins onto the end of the film for no apparent reason. i used the merge and cut option to reduce the size of the file but does any one have any ideas why this has happened?.
