1. Is it possible to use a dvd disc to burn SVCD movies on.
2. If so, if I were to use a dvd disc that holds 4 GB of data, would I be able to put more then one svcd movie on the disc, until the disc if filled up?
3.Can the 9 GB disc be used to burn movies on, and will they play in all dvd players.
4. Would I be able to fill the disc with svcd movies until the full 9 gigs are used up?

This is the procedure I use to put SVCD on DVD.

1. you can do that but you need to patch the header to make it play on a standalone player. I use (S)VCD2MPEGDVD to patch the mpeg files and tmpgenc Author or Maestro to author the dvds and burn them with nero. In the guide section you'll find guides on how to do it.
2. with most dvd author programs you can make multiple tracks or use chapeters and you can even make menus
3&4 dvd-burners now a days can only burn DVD-5 (4,7GB) but in theory it should be possible if you got a burner that burns DVD-9(9GB)
