    sure, just lower the bitrate.

What kind of a man are you? The guy is unconscious in a coma and you don't have the guts to kiss his girlfriend?

  3. Yes you can. Use an average bitrate of 1700 Kbps and an 80min. CD; if your films have no excessive action from the beggining to the end, encode with 2 pass VBR and the final result will be quite close to a standard SVCD.

You can also try using CDR-90 or CDR-99 if your burner can do overburn. Also try first if your player can play such over-sized CDs. From my experience CDR-90 is more compatible to any player than CDR-99.
I just use CDR-99 if really needed

  5. Ok changing the Bitrate sounds the easiest option here. BUT where do I do that. I use "EO video" to convert to the Mpeg2. Then either nero or easyvcd to change to SVCD.

So where would I change the bitrate???

  6. I do not know the software you are using, eventually it does not allow for changes on standard settings. Try with TMPGenc or CCE, whic are the most popular encoders around.
