    How to capture still pictures from video using VideOh PCI capture card?

    The best way I have found is to load the video into PowerDVD and use the caputer still button.

    Best way in my opinion is to load the file into Virtualdub and to use copy frame to clipboard and then paste it into an image program like Photoshop.
