Is adding scenes to an SVCD possible?

Hi all, I was wondering if it's possible to add scenes to an SVCD.

I guess that's what I'm trying to do. I want a way to jump to different parts of the disc without having to slowly FF through the whole thing.

I'm using Nero 5.5.10.15 and a Sony DVP-NS715P.

Yep, you can add chapters with for example vcdeasy:
