  1. hey I wanted to figure out how to rip the audio tracks from my Dave MAtthews Band DVD to .wav so I can burn it on audio CDs to listen to in my car. Does anyone have a pretty simple guide to make it happen??

  4. Use DVD2AVI
Settings under Audio Tab > Dolby Digital > Decode

This will give you a wav file of the audio.

If you need a more detailed description, just let me know.

DVD2AVI is quick and painless to rip audio.
I'm not online anymore. Ask BALDRICK, LORDSMURF or SATSTORM for help. PM's are ignored.

  6. Sorry for my ignorance ... Once I choose that option in DVD2AVI, how do I export just the audio? It still seems to want to export the video.

    Thanks,

Not sure if you can do just the audio and no video.

The audio will go to a wav file and the video will go to a d2v file.
Seeing that the d2v file is not that large, (usually aboutt half the size of the audio) I just delete it.

So, just let DVD2AVI run, get the wav, delete the d2v file.

    Hope it helps.
