  1. on my previouse forum i asked if i could burn svcds into cd-rws. Now i need to know how to burn onto a cd-rw..i tried nero but nero wouldn't lemme burn it without finalizing the cd and that wouldn't make the cd-rw and cd-rw ...it asks if i wanna turn of multisessions or DAO..i don't know what to do and i don't know if this will work. please help...or are there any other programs that'll burn svcd(mpeg2) to a cd-rw?

    Finalize the CD or it probably won't work in your player. Finalize doesn't mean forever, just that if you want to write to it again the previous files will be lost (erased). It will always be a CD-RW. You don't want multisession, you're only writing one SVCD to one disk, not multiple files over several sessions. Disk at Once (DAO) is correct.

    VCDEasy is a freeware program available in the Tools section.

  3. okay....so i can finalize the cd-rw when i burn the svcd with nero?...and it will still erase it when i try to burn a new movie on the same cd-rw?...so i don't need mutlisession either?..do i need to do anything before i burn the svcd into the cd-rw?...what is incd from nero? do i need that to format the cd-rw? thnx again

    Yes, if you don't finalize it your player may not play it. You will always be able to erase it. Multisession is unnecesssary for VCD. Burn away, no formatting required (maybe erasing). I don't use nero so I don't know what incd is.

  5. INCD=direct cd from roxio - cdrw need to be formated before use
    makes the cd-rw function as a fdd/hd where you can copy or erase files from the cd-rw using the Explorer of windows
