Xilisoft Ultimate Video Converter Help

I currently have windows 11, Ryzen 5 3400g with Radeon Vega Graphics Card 11.
24GB RAM.

With Xilisoft Ultimate Video Converter no matter what video I add and then attempt to clip it when I attempt to clip it, the video plays at 3x the speed with no sound, this goes for all videos old clips that I also edited on this software..

Any help or advice will be much appreciated 🙏🙏

Found this response on the web...try it.

"In the "Video" settings, find the "Frame Rate" option.
Change the drop down menu from "keep original" to a specific, constant frame rate. A good starting point is 29.97 fps for NTSC-standard videos or 25 fps for PAL."
