Please help a novice make a LG DVX440 multi region

Hi, I have tried to follow the instructions that have been posted but they are too abbreviated for a novice to follow. I paid my money and downloaded lg.dvx276.vdx.region.code.hack and unzipped it but could not see the "ISO". The folders I saw, sequentially, were JorgolG-DVX276 hack WINRAR archive 70 KB, RMTM0000, SCARLET, KPJCID-1.DVD and 17 17 8C 00: none of which suggests it is an ISO. Is there a Dummies Guide for making a LG DVX440 multi region? Thanks.
